Babbitt International designs, engineers and manufactures level control instrumentation for the industrial market. We work with companies of all sizes within the Oil and Gas, Refining, Petrochemical, Water/Wastewater, Food processing, and Dry Bulk Solid industries to resolve difficult level applications. We have been particularly successful in helping companies concerned by unwanted shutdowns caused by material build up/false alarm indications, frustrated by instrumentation with moving parts or who are unhappy with the poor customer service and support from other vendors. We have also been able to create unique level switches, specifically designed for our customer’s application, saving them time, money and resources.

Stu Babbitt began his career as a field service technician helping companies install industrial instrumentation. Disappointed by the customer service he witnessed customers receive from manufactures, Stu left his job in 1986 to start Babbitt International in Houston, TX. Stu’s mission was simple - develop a reliable product, deliver it faster than the competition and back it with exceptional service and support.
