E-Val™ Pro—Thermocouple System

The E-Val™ Pro thermocouple system has a compact size and is lightweight, enabling extremely easy thermal validation within controlled environments. The thermocouple system works in accordance with FDA regulations and GAMP guidelines, and has been engineered to be the perfect solution for any thermal validation process.

The module is password-protected and secure. The large internal memory of the module can hold up to 10 studies at a time, and the module can handle up to 40 thermocouples. The wired thermocouple system includes an integrated 8-hour battery, allowing it to be connected to a PC through LAN/USB, or to be used as a stand-alone unit.

The interchangeable sensor arrays provided with the E-Val™ Pro thermocouple system can be easily detached for calibration and service. The module is equipped with 4- and 12-channel arrays, handling all types of thermocouples, as well as analog and digital inputs.

The E-Val™ Pro thermocouple system has an 8″ display and an easy-to-use interface with touch function, making it easy to operate and highly intuitive. The thermocouples are provided with USB connectors, offering a fast, safe, and easy plug-and-play configuration.

The graphical display enhances the efficiency of work since the measured results can be easily read and analyzed instantly. Thanks to the easy expandability of the E-Val™ Pro thermocouple system with different options for parameters and sensors, it is a comprehensive validation solution for any type of facility with an extensive range of applications.

High-Accuracy Thermocouples with Cold Junction Compensation

All type T thermocouples from Ellab are available with an integrated cold junction compensation in the USB connector. A Pt1000 element is provided in each individual thermocouple, which guarantees high accuracy and enables a more stable validation process.

Validation Software with Numerous Reporting Options

The E-Val™ Pro thermocouple system also makes use of the ValSuite^® Pro validation software, which is FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliant. The software maintains a comprehensive database of all the features of users’ validation requirements, such as calibration reports, tracking thermocouples, data analysis, test configuration, final compliance reports, and specific user access. The software also enables validators to integrate thermocouples and wireless data loggers in the same study.
