Vitrek’s DL Series Electronic Loads come with several applications and advantages.
Industry’s Easiest-To-Use DC Load
DL Series Electronic Loads of Vitrek are available in multiple configurations to address users' unique application needs. Today, noother electronic DC loadon the market isuser-friendly. Fitted with a full-color LCD touchscreen display, the unit can be rapidly set up for the next test. The DL features an all-comprehensive self-test that guarantees that all loading and measurement circuitry works properly.
Extremely Flexible in a Variety of Applications
The DL Series is equally at home producing W, mW, kW, or μW loading. The DL Series is the perfect option for such applications if users are conducting tests for batteries, LED drivers, or battery chargers.
Maximum Accuracy — Maximum Features
The unit is completely equipped with transient and wide band non-linear loading capacities alongside the extra attribute sweep ability. The DL Series Electronic Load offers high accuracy measurements (± 0.05%) of voltage and current with pulsed loading up to 100 kHz and sweep steps as short as 20 μs.
For loading riding and falling edge controls and soft-start capabilities, units are completely configurable. The DL Series offers exceptional transient performance in timing and waveshape with the scope for the user to see the current and voltage waveforms with the use of the internal scope. The device offers completely protected short loading with automatic current and power limiting.
Unequaled Visibility of Test Results
The DL Series offers graphical X/Y plotting of V versus I and V versus P characteristics with the use of swept loading. The unit has a historical data logging capability, both graphical and numerical for extra test analysis and evaluation.
Flexible Integration in a Compact Package
With only 5” high, 8.5” wide, and 13” deep, the DL Series enables easy integration into all test benches. The unit offers a combination of interfaces, including USB Device & Host, LAN, and Digital I/O. A number of units may be employed in parallel for static higher power and current loading. None of the manufacturers provided more features when compared to Vitrek—at a budget-friendly price.

Entirely protected short loading, with automated current and power timing.
All-inclusive self-test offers assurance that all loading and measurement circuitry is working properly.
Special graphical X/Y plotting of V versus I and V versus P characteristics with the use of swept loading.
Special historical data logging ability, both graphical and numerical.
Completely equipped with non-linear loading and transient capabilities with the extra feature of sweep capability.
Leading accuracy normally >10:1 better than other units at lower loading levels and >2:1 better at high loading levels, with ISO17025 traceability is also available.
Results shown Include:
“Real-time” outcomes – numerically represented measured actual applied voltage and actual loading current, and the computed load power and resistance or conductance.
Pulse outcomes – numerically represented measured actual applied voltage and actual loading current within a pulse, and the computed load power and resistance or conductance.
OCP or OPP outcome – numerically represented maximum power and current attained before the voltage drops below a set voltage.
Battery test – numerically represented accumulated A.Hr and W.Hr, as accumulated from the time the operation began with automatic stop at ending voltage.
Historical data logging – graphically represented measured actual applied voltage and the actual loading current and the computed load power with down to 1 ms resolution and a long-term maximum.
Oscilloscope – graphically represented a maximum of 400 kSPS sampled applied voltage and loading current.
XY Plot – graphically represented V versus A/W plot of swept measurement results.
