We are the world’s leading manufacturer of tonic-clonic seizure monitors for people with epilepsy and heartbeat detection based health and bed occupancy monitors for senior care. Our newest mission is helping athletes improve their performance by optimizing their training load with our non-wearable recovery tracker. Installed under the mattress in bed, it offers what is said to be the most comprehensive sleep and recovery data on the market, including all-night HRV (heart rate variability), offering deep insight into nightly recovery.

We are also global leaders in quasi-piezoelectric ferro-electret sensors and material for various industries including paper machinery, sports equipment, musical instruments, touch-sensitive human interfaces, and smart buildings, among many others.

Our team consists of 20 highly motivated, skilled and experienced professionals throughout Finland, USA, Canada and China. The team has a complementary set of skills including science, engineering, sales and entrepreneurship. Together we have over 150 years of experience at Emfit and many of us are owners at Emfit.

Emfit Corp, our subsidiary for sales and logistics in the United States, was founded in 2006 and is now located in Austin, Texas.
