Enhanced NIR Sensitivity for Laser Radar System LIDAR
The avalanche photodiodes from First Sensor were built specifically for the laser radar system LIDAR and laser rangefinders. The series provides vital technology for the development of arrays with numerous individual sensors, e.g. 8, 16, 32 pixels.
