The TOC-750X Series gas detectors from International Gas Detectors are both IECEx and ATEX approved for use in possibly flammable atmospheres.
The TOC-750X makes use of IGD’s Sentinel+™ addressable technology that has been developed particularly for gas detection and quick, safe digital communication. TOC-750X is an adaptable addressable ATEX/IECEX gas detector, having sensor options for more than 300 gases.
Gas types comprise VOCs, toxics, flammablesand oxygen monitoring. The TOC-750X integrates the industry-leading long-life sensor technology, thereby decreasing the cost of ownership.
Sentinel+™ addressable technology decreases installation time and charges using the special 2-Wire Addressable technology. Since power supply and communication occur over the same cable pair without any need for polarity, installation is quick. TOC-750X ATEX gas detectors are considered to be the most versatile and sophisticated ATEX/IECEx sensors commercially available at present.

TOC-750X Series ATEX/IECEx gas detectors comply with EN 60079 series flameproof EXd standards. The detectors can be easily serviced and manufactured with 316 corrosion-resistant stainless steel.
Both non-display and non-intrusive display versions come with housings either in 316 stainless steel or high-pressure copper-free white powder-coated aluminum alloy. EXd Certifications comprise gas and dust approvals for IECEx and ATEX.
Versatile
TOC-750X is one of the most versatile detectors available commercially. The system includes sensor options for more than 300 gases and vapors such as VOCs, toxics, flammables, and oxygen monitoring.
International Gas Detectors’ sensor designs guarantee that they have the longest life sensors in the market. Every sensor is fitted with on-board I/O to make sure optimum flexibility when it comes to developing a gas detection system. Besides this, the 750X is available in two variants, with and without display options and non-intrusive calibration.
Explosion Proof
TOC-750X has been tested for use in Zone 1 and 2 settings and zone 21 and 22 ATEX/IECEx dust environments. Approvals comprise both International IECEx and ATEX Standards.
This enables the TOC-750X addressable gas detectors to be utilized in ATEX or IECEx zoned applications. Examples include coating and flour production, spray booths, onshore or offshore gas and oil drilling platforms, petrochemical sites, etc.
Weather Proof
The TOC-750X Series gas detectors have been developed specifically for use in some of the tough environments. The housing and sensor are IP65 rated. This enables the sensor to be used in extreme temperatures, outside surroundingsand places that are subjected to wash-down regimes like breweries.
Sentinel+ Addressable Communication
The 750 series gas detector utilizes Sentinel+™ 2-Wire protocol and thus integrates power and communication over a single 2-Core cable with no need for polarity. Time and cost could be significantly decreased by doing this installation.
Cabling expenses can be decreased by about 70% when compared to previous analog systems. There is less termination to make and fewer points of unreliability while being quicker to deploy. Sentinel+™ based systems enhance reliability by constantly tracking data between the system controller and connected detectors.
