Fixed Gas Detector: 700 Series

The sensor electronics included in the 700 Series fixed gas detector from Teledyne are totally secure and resistant to corrosion and water ingress. All the sensor elements are plug-in type components and can be replaced easily in the field. A tiny handheld magnet makes the operator interface non-intrusive.

Both routine calibration and configuration are menu-driven and intuitive with instructions that are completely scripted. Sensor status is displayed on an integrated alphanumeric LED display. The smart sensor modules of the 700 Series are equipped with a Modbus RS-485 serial output, a linear 4–20 mA analog signal, and dual redundant outputs.
