Features

Expandable and fire-resistant: FS1000 expands and creates a fire-resistant char when heated to over 200 °C, preventing the spread of fire, smoke, and hot gases. The material does not contain halogens, and heating it does not raise concerns about harmful gas emissions.

Airtight: FS1000, when compressed by 30%, is airtight up to 1000 Pa, depending on the application surface

Watertight: FS1000 is watertight when compressed by 30%

Compressible and resilient: It is readily compressed and returns to its normal thickness once compressed. FS1000’s robustness allows it to attenuate vibrations and disconnect two separate elements

Conformable: Soft; can adjust to uneven surfaces

Insulation: Offers good thermal insulation

Norseal FS1000 is available in various thicknesses and can be supplied with adhesive on one side for simple installation. The material produces no dust during installation, making it safe for employees and those nearby.
