Gas Detection Control Panel: TOCSIN 635

The TOCSIN 635 gas detection control panel from International Gas Detectors (IGD) is a cost-effective, small format controller designed to support up to 1-8 or 1-32 detectors or devices. It is perfectly suited for small- to medium-sized applications.

The system includes IGD’s revolutionary 2-Wire Addressable technology and 1-click system setup for simple installations, using just a 2-Core cable.

Besides this, the system features a 1-click automatic system setup to facilitate quicker and error-free commissioning. It can automatically set up control panel outputs and detector alarm levels in just a few minutes.

A single 2-core cable without any need for connection polarity links all the system devices. Auto update, Auto configureand Auto find,integrated with International Gas Detectors’ downloadable status reports,are just some of the essential features of the 635 gas detection control panel.

Illuminated Jog Wheel

The 635 Control panel from IGD features an illuminated jog wheel design, allowing users to observe the entire gas detection system status at a glance.

One-Click System Setup

The 635 gas detection control panel uses the industry-first one-click auto system setup from IGD. This means that at the click of a button, the system will automatically fix all the connected devices and alarms, resulting in decreased errors and commissioning time.

Clear Audible Visual Alarm

IGD’s 635 gas detection control has onboard visual and audible alarms, with a 2 × 8 color change display that shows digital live gas readings. This means users can easily position the panel outside the room to serve as a room status indicator and exactly know the status of their gas detection system.

Flush or Rear Mounted

Although the panel already has a compact format footprint, it can be easily rear-mounted or flushed. It has a visual and ergonomic design, allowing it to blend into the environment.

Built-in Slam Switch

The TOCSIN 635 also includes a built-in Slam Switch or E-Stop. This isdesigned such that it becomes an integrated part of the system. This indicates that when the control panel is positioned outside the dangerous region, there is no necessity to add an extra slam switch; this saves cost, timeand commissioning errors.
