How We Became a Premium Heater Supply Company

Heat and Sensor Technologies is built upon over 20 years of heater design and manufacturing experience. Our acquired experience originated by working with several large Mid-Western corporations. We started our business from a garage! with the specific desire to serve and meet a broader spectrum of customers – from the individual small proprietor businesses, on up to the large corporations. We achieved this plan our first year of manufacturing, which began in late 2002, out of Lebanon, Ohio.

We’ve experienced five expansions since the first decade of our heater business. Each expansion has required additional production space. And our current 40,000 square foot manufacturing facility continues to accommodate the needs of our state-side customers as well as our international customers. We now have many global customers including: Austria, Australia, Canada, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Shanghai, and Singapore, and Trinidad.

Our product lines include the manufacturing of the following Premium Heaters: Thinband, Mica Band and Mica Strips, Ceramic Bands, Cartridge, Thermocouples. Channel Strips, and Tubular. And we purposefully list our heaters at affordable prices – for all our customers… from the sole proprietor, to corporate level requests. So we really can testify to offering “Limitless Heater Designs – from Stock to Mass-Customization. Regardless of the quantity needed, we make every effort to fulfill each customer order with a sense of urgency. And we can deliver same day quotes, and following day shipping, for most stock Thinband orders.
