The dual-purpose machine offered by Dynisco has been exclusively designed to draw material from the LME into fibers.
To create the required fiber diameter, the fiber is wound onto the spindle with a changeable speed drive. The Take Up System (TUS) contains two lower rollers that draw the extrudate from the LME to create a strand. This strand can be cut into pellets with the help of the LEC Pelletizing Chopper.
Specifications
Variable speed drive
Draws fibers into smaller diameters and wraps them around a spindle to create a pelletizable strand
A pair of lower rollers create a strand by pulling the extrudate from the LME; this strand can be cut into pellets by using the LME Chopper
