Land Life Company's mission is to restore the world’s 2billion hectares of degraded land. It was founded in 2013 on the conviction that a business approach and innovative technology solutions can be a force for good. Today, it isa diverse team of 30 motivated professionals, with teams on threecontinents and reforestation projects in over 25 countries.

When Jurriaan Ruys (former McKinsey Partner and Eneco COO) and Eduard Zanen (founder Bugaboo) launched Land Life Company in 2013, they set out to develop and implement new technologies to sustainably restore those parts of the world where nature cannot come back unaided. To make this dream a reality, they have put together a team of professionals from ninedifferent nationalities spanning the fields of ecology, engineering, software development, business strategy, sales, marketing and design, toname a few.
