In response to the challenges of climate change and energy security, cleaner sources of energy such as wind, solar, biomass and biofuels are being developed across the world. Libertine was established in 2009 to create linear machines for this new world. We have drawn on decades of experience in the automotive and motorsport industries, consumer product engineering and low cost manufacturing techniques. The result is a suite of ‘Linear Power System’ technologies for use in a wide range of power generation, heating, cooling and transport applications. Libertine’s technology will help make decentralised power generation the norm, bringing clean, reliable and affordable power to wherever it is needed, transforming the lives of millions of people.
