Established in 1965 as a branch of the Israeli Aerospace Industry, Magal initially focused on developing indicative fences for security; in 1993, Magal was floated and privatized and had its IPO on NASDAQ. Since its inception, Magal has acquired two subsidiary companies, Senstar and Aimetis.
