Peratech Limited was established in 1996 to exploit QTCs. Quantum Tunnelling Composite (QTC) is a new class of electrically conductive material that has been developed to advance the capability of switching and sensing systems. QTC is a pressure switching and sensing material technology.
QTC material provides benefit of durability, low-cost, flexible integration with very low sensor material profile. Sensor material can detect multiple gestures and functions that respond instantly to contact. Sensitivity of material can be customized for application.
