Precision Drive Systems, LLC was founded in 1996 as the only North American center for sales and service authorized by Giordano Colombo of Carate Brianza, Italy. PDS saw a need in the U.S. market that was not being satisfied for OEM's and users of CNC routers and Robotic Systems.

PDS has successfully transformed itself from Distributor to Manufacturer of High Speed Electric Spindles and Drill Units. We have taken the experience gained from many years of spindle repair and application support to develop some of the most innovative spindles in the market. Our new spindles are manufactured in North Carolina for the American Markets and Germany for the European Markets.
