Robotiz3d Ltd.

Robotiz3d is a technology spin-off from the University of Liverpool, and is a join venture between the University of Liverpool and a2e Industries, together with its co-founders Dr Paolo Paoletti (CTO), Dr Sebastiano Fichera (Technical Director), and Ms Lisa Layzell (CEO).

With a goal to bring robotics and automation to the construction industry, the long-term vision of Robotiz3d sees swarms of completely autonomous vehicles capable of manufacturing, inspecting and maintaining buildings and large infrastructures. In the shorter term, Robotiz3d is developing a high-tech road maintenance vehicle capable of alleviating the pothole problem. Robotiz3d is based at the Sci-Tech Daresbury Science and Technology Campus, and has strong links with the @LERT lab at the University of Liverpool School of Engineering.

Our mission is to develop and supply new generation robotics to the construction industry to help combat labor shortage, reduce cost, and improve efficiency and sustainability.
