This is a Cartesian axis solution often realized in combination with articulated robots to cover a limited horizontal work envelope. This concept places the main axis between port and starboard jigs or along a longitudinal side. It can be based on simple TrackMotion Module with or without articulated robot or any other axis combination.
A unique Tower Style concept including an additional 180° rotation feature at the base of the Tower enable work to be carried out on both sides of the main axis individually. In combination with a clever safety concept, it makes this arrangement very unique and cost efficient for a semi automated production environment.
