Our strategy for achieving this is to create value for shareholders and society in a sustainable way by developing, building, operating and investing in the electricity infrastructure and businesses needed in the transition to net zero.This includes onshore and offshore wind farms, hydro schemes, electricity transmission and distribution networks, flexible power stations, carbon capture and hydrogen storage, solar, and battery storage, as well as providing energy products and services for businesses and other customers.

To help us do this, we're investing £20.5 bn in homegrown energy. Actions not ambitions will secure our energy future.
