TAKEX, formerly known as PULNiX, has been offering the highest quality security and industrial automation sensors in Australia for over 20 years. TAKEX is part of the Takenaka Sensor Group based in Kyoto Japan, reaching a worldwide market.

We offer an extensive portfolio of products including: PIRs (outdoor and indoor), Microwave, Door Sensors, Motion Activated Voice Speakers, Glass-Break and Flame Sensors. TAKEX however is best recognized and highly regarded for its range of Active Infrared Beam products.

TAKEX's Specialist Beam Product Range is comprised of: Covert (discrete use), Reflector, Long Range (up to 600 m), Intrinsically Safe and Twin Beams, however our flagship product remains the Intelligent Synchro Quad Range. We also offer a variety of accessories including: towers, flush mount kits and cages, offering bespoke protection for any situation. TAKEX also provides an extensive support network offering advice to installers and end users; where viable we are able to conduct site visits to best match the clients' needs with the offered products.

The Industrial Automation Product Line provides a full range of TAKEX (Seeka) Industrial Class Sensors and accessories, utilizing the latest in: Photoelectric, Ultrasonic, Microwave, RF, Laser, Luminescence and CCD technologies. These technologies include all forms of Photoelectric: fiber optic to hot (white) metal sensors; color and high-speed registration mark sensors to transparent or open- weave materials and luminescence sensors. Light curtains and barriers are also available: general purpose through Type 4, and Pick-Bin Applications. Additionally our laser line and shape projectors are built for real-world applications with trouble-free operation.

TAKEX strives to provide reliable, long-lasting, high-quality products that are manufactured at our Takenaka Sensor Group factories in Japan. Supporting our claim, all TAKEX Security Sensor products are warranted free from defects in materials and workmanship for a full, five years. TAKEX Industrial Automation products are backed by a full, two-year warranty.
