Product Overview
The Energy 11 PROTECT Glovebox Solution is a cutting-edge system designed to support clean energy initiatives by ensuring the safe and efficient processing of lithium-ion battery materials. This integrated glovebox solution combines advanced twin-screw extrusion technology with a precisely controlled argon atmosphere, protecting sensitive materials from contamination and degradation.
With its extensive accessory set, the Energy 11 PROTECT allows users to design and produce high-quality anode and cathode slurries, as well as electrolytes for solid-state batteries. Its robust dispersive and distributive mixing properties make it ideal for processing dry electrodes in an inert argon environment.
The system's design ensures that all components in contact with the extruder product can be quickly and completely removed for thorough cleaning, preventing cross-contamination and enabling rapid changes to experimental conditions. The extruder's control panel allows for precise addition of solid and liquid ingredients, ensuring consistent and homogenous end products through continuous mixing.
