BinCloud® Gateway Inventory Management System

The BinCloud® Gateway from BinMaster is used to flow data seamlessly and quickly in and out of a network. It is a component ofan inventory management system that receives measurement data from level sensors and transmits it to a control room, Binventory® software, or BinView® software.

Each BinCloud® Gateway is enabled by both Ethernet and 2.4 GHz WiFi. Cellular connectivity is also provided. The gateway is enclosed in a 10″ x 8″ x 4″ enclosure composed of UV-resistant, non-corrosive polycarbonate. This lockable enclosure is rated to NEMA-4X weatherproof standards. A 120–240 VAC power input is required by the gateway.

IoT Devices to Connect Level Sensors to the Cloud

BinMaster can help simplify the installation of an inventory management system or transform the existing level sensor system into a Cloud-based program. Compact, programmable devices connect sensors using Modbus, 4–20 mA, or HART outputs to a BinCloud® cloud-based software solution.

Wireless gateways, as well as LoRa transceivers with over-the-air technology, reduce labor and wiring costs. With the help of a daisy chain, a single analog expansion hub can link up to 16 analog sensors, thereby reducing the need for complex wiring and hardware. The HART consolidator module can link up to 15 sensors in a signal loop and can be used with any brand of HART device.

BinMaster’s solution-centric approach is reliable for numerous scalable configurations for any sizeplant.
