Heliatek aims to become a worldwide leading company for a sustainable and carbon free future. The company holds the organic photovoltaic world record in cell efficiency with 13.2%. Combining the know-how in chemical synthesis and applied physics as well as transferring it to volume production, Heliatek is the first company to start the market launch of large OPV solar film.

Our highly qualified and motivated team currently consists of 130 employees, including Ph.D. physicists and chemists as well as experienced engineers and qualified professionals. The interdisciplinary way of working generates synergies enabling Heliatek to be the technological leader in OPV.

Continuous Development

Heliatek is at the transition from technology development to industrial manufacturing. Our goal is to establish an industrial manufacturing line for the production of HeliaFilm^® within the next two years. Currently we are manufacturing on our first small scale production line at our headquarters in Dresden, Germany.
