Important Instructions
It is highly advised to test this product under specific application parameters before commercial usage, as Saint-Gobain is unable to forecast or control every possible use.
Surfaces must be clean and devoid of dust, oil, moisture, grease, and dirt. Isopropyl alcohol is good for cleaning surfaces.
Apply an even pressure of 103 kPa (15 psi) to ensure good contact between the tape and the bonded material. The application temperature should be between 16 and 52 °C (60 and 125 °F). Applying these tapes at temperatures below 16 °C (60 °F) is not recommended since the adhesive does not flow and can result in poor bonding
The adhesion between the substrate and the tape strengthens over time, often reaching its final bond strength in 72 hours. Heat the product over 40 °C (105 °F) to expedite the adhesion process.
Shelf Life
This product has a shelf life of 24 months from the production date, provided it is stored in its original packaging at 50% relative humidity and temperatures up to 21 °C (70 °F).
