PREMA Semiconductor is a leading ASIC manufacturer for a complete range of analog and mixed-signal ICs; from below 1 V up to 80 V supply (analog and digital), from circuit development, chip layout to prototyping and series production; from simple chips to complex systems-on-chip solutions (SoC) as well as optical and magnetic Micro Systems Technology (MST, MOEMS).

PREMA Semiconductor provides advanced, technologically leading bipolar and BiCMOS semiconductor technologies for Analog and Mixed-Signal Large Scale Integration (ALSI), for midsize to high volume projects. We offer rapid prototype turnarounds for short time-to-market periods.

Founded as a company developing and producing digital multimeters with benchmark precision, PREMA Semiconductor GmbH became a semiconductor manufacturer with own wafer fab in 1982.

Our team of approx. 50 employees consists of IC designers, process experts, test engineers and skilled operators. This is extraordinary combination of specialists, with individual backgrounds combined under one roof, leads to the creation of innovative products and enables fast turnaround times for application specific integrated circuits (ASIC) and application specific standard products (ASSP).
