Teledyne e2v is excited to present its new Onyx Family of image sensors. Designed to be robust enough for the most exacting outdoor camera and industrial machine vision applications, it will perform even when illumination budgets are restricted or high-speed inspection is required.
The Onyx EV76C664 is a 1.3 million pixel CMOS image sensor that can handle low light environments. Using e2v’s advanced CMOS imaging technology in its design, it is perfect for a myriad of applications where premium performance imaging is required.
It also has an innovative pixel design which offers superior performance in low-light conditions, but also caters for ‘all-light’ environments (typical of outdoor camera applications) where wide dynamic range is also necessary.
The innovative Onyx EV76C664 comes with an electronic global shutter (true snapshot) or rolling shutter, and provides a high-readout speed at full resolution. The device also features Low-Voltage Differential Signaling (LVDS) outputs.
