High Resolution, High Speed Laser Displacement Sensor – MICROTRAK 3

MTI Instruments offers a high resolution, high speed laser displacement sensor called Microtrak 3. This single spot laser sensor features an advanced CMOS sensor that offers excellent linearity and has 10 times the sensitivity of its predecessor.

The Microtrak 3 is capable of optimizing itself to the sensed conditions as it monitors the light intensity obtained on a pixel array. The laser sensor is easy to setup and includes an integrated 5 color position indicator, which makes it easy to verify the initial gap setup and also to check the basic performance during machine maintenance without the need for an external controller.

In addition, it can automatically determine and adjust the appropriate laser power required for different types of surfaces.
