MVN BIOMECH is an ambulant, full-body, 3D human kinematic, camera-less measurement system. It is based on state-of-the-art MEMS inertial sensors, biomechanical models and sensor fusion algorithms. MVN BIOMECH is ambulatory, can be used indoors and outdoors regardless of lighting conditions. The results of MVN BIOMECH trials require minimal post-processing as there is no occlusion or lost markers. Results can easily be exported to other software applications.

MVN Awinda
MVN Awinda is an ambulatory 3D human kinematic measurement system. MVN Awinda uses small on-body wireless motion trackers which are attached on a special designed strap set for the limbs, feet, hands, head and strap set. For tracking the sternum and should, Xsens designed a special shirt (available in 3 sizes). The MVN Awinda system is based on Xsens proven and patented technology. Using state of the art inertial motion trackers, sensor fusion algorithms, specialized wireless protocols and validated biomechanical models, highly accurate kinematic data is generated.
MVN Awinda can be used indoors and outdoors regardless of terrain or lighting conditions. The results of MVN Awinda trials require no post-processing as there is no occlusion or lost markers.
Exported MVN Awinda data can be easily used in other software applications.

MVN Link
MVN Link is an ambulatory 3D human kinematic measurement system. The MVN Link system contains two types of motion trackers; the single MTx used as end trackers and the string of three MTx-STR The motion trackers, MTx, and MTx-STR are the miniature inertial measurement units containing 3D linear accelerometers, 3D rate gyroscopes, 3D magnetometers, and a barometer, which measures atmospheric pressure. These trackers are placed at strategic locations on the body (fixed by the suit), to measure the motions of each body segment.
The MTx trackers are positioned on the pelvis, sternum, hands, and head. The MTx-STR’s are used to chain the legs (upper leg, lower leg, and feet), as well as for the upper body (shoulders, upper arms, and for-arms). The MVN Link system is based on Xsens proven and patented technology. Using state of the art inertial motion trackers, sensor fusion algorithms, specialized wireless protocols and validated biomechanical models, highly accurate kinematic data is generated.
MVN Link can be used indoors and outdoors regardless of terrain or lighting conditions. The results of MVN Link trials require no post-processing as there is no occlusion or lost markers.
Exported MVN Link data can be easily used in other software applications.
