Octinion is an innovative R&D company specialized in mechatronic product development applied to biological material. That makes us primarily active in the agriculture and food industry.
We develop robots, machinery and components for third parties and for ourselves, but always with a few things in mind:
We work multidisciplinary, meaning when there is a combination needed of mechanics, software, electronics and vision expertise
We work on the crossroad between technology and biology. Our projects always have interaction with biological material. That can be food, crop, animals or another interdependence of biological processes.
We innovate: we don’t do in-the-box thinking.
Next to customer projects, we also have our own product line. Thanks to a.o. our fully autonomous strawberry picking robot it is our ambition to be the world leader in agricultural robotics.
