PAS manufactures platinum electrochemical fuel cells & alcohol sensors. These fuel cells, when integrated into a variety of instrument designs and applications, can detect the specific level of breath alcohol (BrAC), or sense the presence or absence of alcohol on or around person, from open containers, or from enclosed spaces. PAS encases these fuel cells in PASSIVE “non-intrusive” detection instruments designed to act as an “extension of the operators nose” sensing the presence of alcohol in seconds without the persons active participation, thereby assisting to establish reasonable suspicion or probable cause.

Our products find applications in traffic law enforcement, schools, correctional facilities and work release programs, the transportation industry, military, community alcohol awareness programs, industrial random testing and human health.
