ST150 is a single-channel silicon-based thermopile from Dexter, delivering a low temperature coefficient of responsivity of -0.04%/°C. The low-cost detector has a high output voltage with a quick time constant of 38ms.
It is supplied in a TO-5 package. In addition, it exhibits a very short thermal shock response to changes in ambient temperature.

ST60R Micro version provides an economical (20% tolerance) poly-silicon resistor to be employed as a PTC thermistor
