SV-10 Vibro Viscometer from Malvern Instruments Ltd

The SV-10 viscometer is the latest addition to Malvern’s range of material characterization systems. The Vibro viscometer is a fast, simple to use system using patented technology that ensures high result accuracy.

Measurement involves lowering the sensors into the sample, pressing the start button on the control unit, then waiting just 15 seconds for the result to be displayed. Cleaning is simply a matter of rinsing and wiping the gold plated sensor plates.Viscosity range: 0.3 to 10,000mPa.s (Centipoise)Accuracy and repeatability: 1% over the whole measurement range

The main application is in conjunction with the Zetasizer Nano is to improve the accuracy of size and zeta potential measurement.
