The MX 16 Gas Sensor from Teledyne Gas and Fire Detection

The MX 16 controller available from Teledyne is a small-sized digital or analog controller and a single-input, low-profile controller that can continuously monitor the detection of gases such as:

O₂

CO₂

GPL

CH₄

The MX 16 includes a measuring unit designed exclusively for use in the laboratory, MRI room, small boiler room, breweries or battery charging rooms, and storage. This avoids the risks of an explosion caused by the presence of explosive, anoxic, and hazardous gases in the ambient air.

The key features of the MX 16 are its small size,ease of use, and installation. When the MX 16 is used in combination with the OLCT 10N O₂ and CO₂ digital sensor series or any other H₂, O₂, CO₂, GPL, and CH₄ analog sensor, it offers a solution that conforms to European and French standards.

The MX 16 can be installed easily—it just needs a power connection and a cable between the control unit and the detector (comes with the Easy Duo). It avoids the need to use any configuration software (factory-configured).
