The C11209-110 is an optical measurement module that can identify low level light. It comprises of a MPPC, a high-voltage circuit, a high-speed amplifier circuit and a temperature compensation circuit.
The MPPC enables high-speed measurement over a wide dynamic range by using a small pixel pitch of 10µm, making the C11209-110 ideal for high-speed signal measurements, e.g., distance measurement.
The C11209-110 can be operated by linking it to an outer single power supply of +5 V.
